I was imagining eating a hot, creamy, cheesy, and gooey scoop of artichoke dip. But, nope, didn’t get that at all!!! So I came up with this new recipe that fulfills the cheesy, gooey goodness I was craving.

This Easy Low-Carb Artichoke dip is the BEST dip you will ever taste. When planning this new version of this low-carb dip, the creamy texture was super important to get right, and so were the flavors. I love Trader Joe’s whole artichokes in water. They are tender and taste so good.
Most artichoke, spinach or crab dips have the same basic ingredients: Cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, and mayonnaise. I started with the base ingredients and added the chopped artichokes, Tabasco sauce, coconut aminos, and lemon juice to this Easy Low-Carb Artichoke Dip. It made the flavors stand out!

Here is what you need:
- Cream cheese
- Sour Cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Artichoke hearts
- Tabasco sauce
- Lemon juice
- Coconut aminos
How to make Easy Low-Carb Artichoke Dip:
Preheat the oven 350°F. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Drain the artichokes and cut them into bite-size pieces. Add the artichokes into the cream cheese mixture and stir.
Add the Tabasco, coconut aminos, lemon juice, and pepper and combine.
Transfer the dip to a ceramic dish and smooth the top.
Bake for about 25 minutes at 350°F, or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
