Who doesn’t love ranch dressing? My family can’t get enough of it. It’s the dressing of choice in our household! The rich creamy and herb flavors of this ranch dressing taste so good and only have 1 net carb per serving. Not only do we use it as a salad dressing, but we dip our fried zucchini, buffalo chicken wings, and chicken strips into it too! The ingredients are simple and it only takes a few minutes to mix together. I have to be honest, it’s the best Keto Ranch Dressing I have ever tasted. Give it a try!

How to make Keto Ranch Dressing

This Keto Ranch Dressing is quick, easy and made from scratch! It’s the perfect keto condiment. I make a batch at least once a week and keep it in the refrigerator to use for salads or as a dipping sauce.

Low-carb ranch dressing recipe

Here is what you will need:

  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic
  • Green onions
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, green onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

The Ranch Dressing blended comes out creamy, smooth and not too thick. If you want a thicker dressing, you can use less cream and if you want a thinner dressing add a little more cream. I think the consistency is just perfect!

It is so simple to make and the taste is far better than the store-bought ranch dressing. You can make this dressing or dip in advance and serve it up so many different ways.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Great for salad dressing, buffalo chicken wings, dipping for fried zuchini and  mozzarella sticks.
