Easy Low Carb Artichoke Dip

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream room temperature
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 8.5 oz Artichoke hearts canned, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Pepper 4 shakes


  • Preheat oven 350°F.
  • Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Drain the artichokes and chop. Add the artichokes into the cream cheese mixture and stir.
  • Add the Tabasco sauce, coconut aminos, lemon juice, pepper and combine.
  • Transfer the dip to a ceramic dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
